Alicia Portuondo-Smith

Alicia Portuondo-Smith is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Alicia is the owner and founder of Journey into Life, NP in Psychiatry. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adult patients with various psychiatric disorders. Alicia completed her BSN at Adelphi University and her MSN with a specialization in psychiatry at Molloy University.  She founded Journey into Life with the mission of providing a person-centered approach, committed to evidence-based practice protocols with a holistic and foundational approach.
